COM port mapping

Running Windows 2000, terminal services (application mode), Citrix Metaframe.

Need to be able to read client COM port (reading a scale weight). Works fine with Citrix.

RDP client settings allows COM port mapping.

In our published application we run the following command for Citrix.
net use COM1: \\CLIENT\COM1:

Cannot seem to get this to work with 2X.

If anyone has experience with this or has answer please let me know.

For all interested:
Windows 2000 terminal services does NOT support disk drive or COM port remapping.
Since 2X uses native RDP 5.0 the COM ports cannot be remapped.
