Running in coherence

I have a USB GPS device hooked up (it does see it), but cannot find COM ports, the Windows software (weather radar) has an "enable GPS" option, but has no COM ports listed, and when I go into the Control Panel I see no COM ports at all. I am a total NOOB when it comes to windows.

I have the same issue, but my installation doesn't show any Ports in the Device Manager listing.

Is there a Parallels configuration parameter that enables this?
