Coming from Osx 10.6, updated to 10.8 - no parallels 8 startup possible

got this message trying Parallels 8. Parallels does not work as it did with 10.6. after installation.

It says startup disk has either configuration problems or is not readable ...

Did not change the Bootcamp Partition etc.
I use Windows XP. Can parallels open the old bootcamp partition from 10.6.?
