Hi,
I have an external MS Natural 4000 keyboard connected, with keys set to work like this:
Physical keys:
[ctrl] [start] [alt] [space]
Behavior in OS X:
[ctrl] [opt] [cmd] [space]
While in a Windows VM I want to have the keys behave the same way they appear on a physical keyboard, which means I remap opt->win, cmd->alt.
Unfortunately whatever is assigned to the Cmd key - either the Win key as per Parallels default, or the Alt key (my preference), does not work as a modifier.
Behavior
When cmd is mapped to win:
cmd+tab (win+tab for Aero flip) - doesn't work, only the tab key registers.
When cmd is mapped to win:
cmd+tab (alt+tab) infrequently works, and when it does, the cmd/alt key 'sticks', and the task switcher stays open until I press the tab key again.
This has been an issue with every build of 5.0 I've run.
Currently: OS X 10.6.3, Parallels 5.0.9344. Reproduced in Vista x64 and Win7 x64 guests.
Is there any known solution for this?
