Command line tools documentation in Parallels 8

I've installed Parallels 8 on Mountain Lion. I'm having a few problems and went looking for the command line tools after seeing mention of them in the knowledgebase.

I found /usr/bin/prlctl, but there is no man page for it. There are also /usr/bin/prl_convert /usr/bin/prl_perf_ctl /usr/bin/prlsrvctl /usr/bin/prl_disk_tool, but again no man pages for any of them.

Where can I find documentation for these commands?

I still do not understand why they do not install the documentation files and man pages when they install the software.
