Completly remove Parallels

Hi,
i want to completly remove Parallels from my Mac. Unfortunately there are some leftovers which i can´t get rid off.
- Within the Launchpad there still all Windows Application shown. Even die Windows Applications Folder is still there.
- In the Context Menu "open with" the Windows Applications are also still shown.

Any ideas how i can permanently remove those icons / entry´s?

Could you please try out the steps mentioned in this link http://kb.parallels.com/122653 to completely remove Parallels Desktop from your Mac. Also, please make sure to follow the steps mentioned in the notes (after step.4) of this article.
