Configuirng memory in p12 and win10

I switched from an 8gb cmac to a 16 gb mac. Awhile back I remember assigning 4gb of ram to parallels. Now that I've upgraded, Can't remember how I did it. How do I assign 8gb of ram to parallels?
 
open the VM
Actions -> Configure
Hardware
CPU & Memory

the option in parallels preferences is no longer there. it's set on a per VM basis...
