I was wondering if is possible to change the F1 - F12 keys to work as they would in windows (so no longer doing the things they would when using ur mac).

i know that you can press 'fn' + 'f1-12' but i find that rather annoying.

is there a way out of this?

I don't think it's a good idea, because, just imagine: you press F10 key - and what will you get
Windows menu activated or Mac Expose?

What you can try: Click on Parallels Desktop in top menu -> Preferences -> Keyboard & Mouse -> Keyboard
Select Windows profile and click on Enable Mac OS X system shortcuts.
Next do the same with Mac OS X profile
