Configure options unavailable?

I recently installed on my macbook and i am trying to configure parallels to use more ram. Under the virtual machine>configure>hardware menu, all the options are grayed out and i cannot change them. Right now the memory is set at 428 MB and i would like to move the slider higher. Basically i am trying to run Heros of Newerth(beta) to try for the mac feedback forums.

Hello,

Before you change any setting under configure window you need to stop the virtual machine (Virtual Machine -> Stop).
