I currently have P11 and just renewed my subscription and am hoping to go to P13 .. Not seeing how to do this?? Thanks! Bill
Hello bconnolly01, please quit Parallels Desktop for Mac and use this link http://www.parallels.com/directdownload/pd13 to download and install Parallels Desktop 13 for Mac. Please refer this article for activation purpose and check if this helps. Thanks!
