Connect Mac MySQL WorkStation to Win10 SQL Server?

I've installed SQL Server 2017 on a Parallels Pro 14 Win10 VM, and enabled TCP/IP on port 1433 sort of along the lines of the old instructions 1 and 2 of https://stackoverflow.com/a/4463859/3005913

I don't know what I need to do to create a connection from within mac MySQL Workstation to connect to the SQL Server running in the VM. For example, what IP should I use in the following screen:

Also, do I need to do anything in the VM in terms of setting up a file or system DSN?

See the attached image that doesn't really provide a clear option for creating an additional network adapter between native and VM OSes as mentioned in one of the posts.

Just to document what I have tried that is not working:
I created an Inbound Rule in Windows Firewall trying to follow the suggestions of https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sq...r-database-engine-access?view=sql-server-2017 . I've included screen shots of all tabs, but the main point is I created rule that deals with inbound port 1433 connections and requires a signin with the Win10 user created when installing Win10 and which has access to SQL Server 2017.

Next I tried connecting to port from MySQL Workstation specifying port 1433 and the IPs first for the Shared network adapter (10.211.55.1) then with the Host-only network adapter (10.37.129.1) but both timed out.
