Connecting to Authenticated Wireless Not Working

I am running Parallels 6 with Windows 7 as the guest OS. I am able to get a solid network connection with Windows 7 on all networks except for a WPA 2 Enterprise Wireless network.

When I connect to this wireless network on my Macbook, Windows 7 shows a solid network connection to the internet but I cannot load any web pages. The wireless network I am connecting to uses WPA2 Enterprise with a login and certificate authentication. It also uses an http proxy.

I've tried switching from Host mode or shared mode and neither really seem to improve the situation. I have the proxy set in Windows 7 and that has still not resolved the issue.

Anyone got any suggestions?
 
No wireless on Windows XP

Everything is working fine on the MAC, and I used to be able to just start paralells and use Internet Explorer, now when I load windows, I get no wireless connection. Any guidance greatly appreciated.
