Connecting to virtualdesktopserver from external ip?

Before buying the product, we are doing some tests with the trial version. It seems we got only one problem:


Is there any possibility to connect to the Virtualdesktopserver from external ip (from home pc to the company server) ?
The server is behind a router, firewall etc, and i'd like to reach it from my home pc with an installed client.
Should i open certain ports and redirect them to the virtualdesktopserver?
Or what should i do to make it work?

Hi there,

what you ask for should be a problem at all. You can use the 2xClient as well as the so called 2xWebPortal or AccessPortal (however it requires the 2xClient just the same).

all you need is to open the gateway port (80 or 443) on your firewall and connect n gateway mode
