Connecting USB device causes crash

Bit poster
Host OS is WinXP and Guest OS is OpenSuSE 10.3
Parallels is started with a user with restricted privileges (not admin).
Autoconnect for USB devices is off.
When trying to connect the USB device (USB memory stick) the Parallels workstation crashes.
Does someone know what has to be done to avoid these crashes?

Thanks
dasz

Could you send us a crash log? Please, describe also exact Windows's vesion (with 'winver' command) and your USB memory stick device.

Crash Documentation

The Memory Stick is:
disk2go RETRACT USB device 2 GB (U3 software removed)
If you need to know more about this stick you might tell me how to get it.

The Parallels workstation crashes with other USB sticks as well.

I hope this helps you to analyze the problems.
