Constant 2X Monitor Popups

Every second or so, we get a balloon popup on our 2X box that says:

2X Monitor
TS Agent SERVER001: [E 10/00000001] Failed to write data to virtual channel (The parameter is incorrect. [0x00000057]

I didn't setup this server or environment, so really have no clue what all was done to it. It is working however and nobody is complaining of any issues.

Any ideas?

I think this might happen if a client has been disconnected and the TS Agent tries to communicate to it.

Might be best to check with support to be sure, but I have had this pop up and never ran into any problems functionality wise.

They told me to turn off the 2x monitor, go figure.

How do you turn of the 2x Monitor? I'm getting the same popups.
