Constantly logging me off after login after upgrade to Parallels 7

I upgraded my Parallels Desktop 6 to 7 and since then every time I log into Windows 7 (Ultimate x64) within seconds I'm being logged off with no explanation.

I have tried logging on holding down the shift keep to prevent startup items from starting but it did not help.

Any ideas?
