Continuous charged even though I don't use Parallels.

I got charged again even though I don't use this app from the very being. Can someone help me to cancel my charge and cancel everything from this parallel account since I no longer using it. I don't even know the subscription key. I only know the email id I used. I can provide email address associate with this account. hope to get reply soon.
