    Hi,

I was running Bootcamp on a native partition, however, I now own a copy of Parallels, so I would like to abandon Bootcamp for now - I don't need it.

I've created Parallels VM from my bootcamp image, and it works fine. But I want to now delete that partition.

    Is this possible?

    Cheers

Refer to this article and import Bootcamp partition as a VM then you can delete the Bootcamp partition.

    Hi,

Thanks for the response. I have no option to import from Bootcamp. File -> New -> (there is no option there). I also have no Import from Bootcamp option.

I am using Parallels Desktop. Do i need to upgrade?

You will not get Import option under File > New. You have to shutdown the Bootcamp based VM then on Parallels Desktop Control Center you have to right click then you will get the option to Import Bootcamp. You have to follow starting from Step 3 on the article.
