Convert Ubuntu ISO to Parallels Image

Hello, I have an Customised Ubuntu Live ISO that has been installed that boots and runs fine.

I am wondering how I can convert this ISO to a .hdd? I do not want to run this as a live usb/cd/iso.

There is no way to convert live ISO to a .hdd. Better you have to install ubuntu a iso cd then you can convert ISO to a .hdd.
