Copied PVM to new MAC, defaulted old mac - TPM error

Did not for-see this, got new MACbook, copied Windows11 PVM to new MAC. Before testing, i defaulted and sent old mac back to corporate. Now i get the TPM error. I see my mistake here:

Can i resolve this without having access to the old mac keychain?
