Copy/Paste between Mac and Windows is broken

I screen shot from the mac side or copy an image into the clipboard on the mac side, and when I paste it into windows, it looks like an earthquake hit it.

This hasn't worked for months, sadly. Just today I manually uninstalled Parallels Tools, removed reg entries, cleared temp, and reinstalled. No effect.
