Copy/Paste is not working between Mac/Win10

I have Parallels Desktop 11.1.1 (32312) installed on OSX 10.11.1 and I cannot seem to get the copy/paste to work between the Mac and the Windows 10 VM. I have run through the following:
- Reinstall Parallel Tools
- Updates
- http://kb.parallels.com/en/122981
- http://kb.parallels.com/en/117984
- And of course checking the settings and rebooting both the VM and Mac

The functionality still does not work. I have confirmed that Parallels control center is in startup and running.

Any suggestions?
