Copying text from word for mac and pasting it into word for windows take 11 seconds

After last update .. I am having this problem
Copying text from word for mac and pasting it into word for windows take 11 seconds while before the update every thing was perfect and pasting was very quick taking less than a second.

I use MacOS Catalania and the problem appeared after the latest version of parallel

 

Any solutions? Tried different things but the problem is still there

 

The problem is much worse now after last update for parallel .. 45 seconds instead of 11 seconds could you help me with this issue?

 

The problem is from Preserve text formatting in the options ... A solution is still not available
