Sounds like an excuse for me to go to Australia, and I'd even be able to write off the travel costs!

Yeah Ben, we could have a meeting and make it all business like, with formal seating, proper introductions, and drinks served by paid wait staff. I could even organise for someone to keep minutes.
I would envisage the minutes saying something like, John asks for tall glass, Ben says I'll have a tumbler thanks. Meeting closed.
