What's the correct method to remove the Terminal Server agents and for the 2x conglomeration of stuff?

Code:
I get stuck here: Cannot delete server '%SERVERNAME%' because it's in use.
Terminal Server Group: 2x
//not sure if I named it 2x or not.

Found file %ProgramFiles%\2x\ApplicationServer\AppData\Settings\Console.xml that references it, but when I put some bogus server names in there restart the services and go back to remove agent on %servername%, it still gives above response.

Hi there,

whether the name of the terminal server group is "2x" you can see within the 2xServer console under Farm -> Terminal Servers.

We assume you try to delete a terminal server from the farm in the 2xServer console.

The message you get points out that the terminal server you try to delete is still in use, means there is still a session on this machine.

Please check this out.

Kind regards,

Yep found that in the web version of the documentation after I posted yesterday. I dunno if this justifies a new topic but what's the correct way to manually uninstall the ts agent and does that encompass the port monitor, print driver, scan driver, etc as well? The delete a terminal server doesn't seem to also delete the agent.

All you need to do, is got to the terminal server group you have created and first delete the server from there.
http://www.2x.com/applicationserver/as_ ... rverGroups
If you have other references to the server other errors may popup, you can delete the server only when all references are deleted.

also dont temper with the %ProgramFiles%\2x\ApplicationServer\AppData\Settings\Console.xml or you may corrupt the system settings
