I have a Mac user who runs Parallels 8 with a Win7 OS. The virtual machine froze on him recently and he forced a shutdown. This corrupted the image and now it won't start - error says that there is no OS and can't boot. I googled and found various 'fixes' but could not get it working.
I can mount the file and see it.. however, I cannot copy my PST (outlook) file..
anyone know of any way to retrieve files stored on it or is he goosed?
