Could not activate license on new mac

    Any one please help? I got a new mac but it says could not activate, it says activation has reach the limit.

    Can anyone help? I got Parallels v16

    I have the same problem. I am trying to move my activation to a new mac and it won't let me because I purchased the original license with a different email than the one I used to purchase the update (Ver. 18). Please help me get it working. Thanks you.
