Crashing process Configuration BootCamp

Parallels Desktop 15 Pro Edition 15.1.4 ...and so the problem. I try to use Parallel on the bootcamp partition (it is created using the Boot Camp Assistance). First I created a partition and installed Windows and then installed Parallels and chose to use BootCamp.

When I start VM I cannot finish the Configuration BootCamp process. After 3 minutes (process start), a blue screen appears (see application).

F1, F8 and Enter keys doesn't help, the process stops and closes.
