Crashing since upgrade to 10.6.5

Hi,

I have just upgraded to OSX 10.6.5, and since the upgrade, Parallels Desktop won't launch. The icon bounces for a bit, and then exits. No crash report, no windows, nothing.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled it a number of times to the latest version on the website, but to no avail. I have a support code but the email support request link on the website doesn't work (it just goes to my account page for some reason).

Does anyone here have the same problem or any ideas on how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Did you upgrade to 6.0.11828? If not, that is your problem. That build is required for 10.6.5. Also, Parallels released this build in advance of 10.6.5 going live so no one had to wait.
 
Hi Martin, thanks for your reply.

I have upgraded to 6.0.11828. I also tried reverting back to a copy of 6.0.11826 I had, and then tried reverting back to version 5. Version 5 works just fine, it's just version 6. I'm currently updating the 10.6.5combo update and i'll let you know how that goes.
