Create Big-Sur VM on Macbook M1 with Parallels 17

Hi All,
I'm not so experienced - is there a way to create a Big-Sur Guest VM on a new MacBook Pro M1 running on Monterey and Parallels 17?
I would have thought there might be a possibility to create a guest Monterey VM and then downgrade?
Or is it possible to download an Big-Sur installation file directly?
