    Hello @IwanB
It is possible to achieve using RAS Policies. First of all you should define which apps should have a desktop shortcut and which should not. Navigate to 'Publishing' menu in RAS Console - highlight any published item - switch to 'Shortcuts' tab. Here you may either change default settings for application shortcuts or uncheck 'Inherit default settings' (default settings for all published items) and set value only for this application.
Select which shortcuts you would like to create for application (desktop or start folder, or both) and apply settings. After that proceed to creating RAS Policies.
    Policy that should be created:
Connection Properties - Advanced Settings - 'Create Shortcuts configured on server'
Upon next connection Parallels Client will create shortcuts according to what you have specified in RAS Console.

Let us know should you have any other questions.
