Creating macOS Guest VM

I have become a beta tester for new versions of macOS. I would like to create a Guest VM but have not able to do it. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello GaryY3, May I know the Mac OS version which you are trying to install inside Parallels Desktop application.

As if now Parallels Desktop 13 is not supported with Mac OS High Sierra beta version, Please reproduce the issue, generate a Problem Report ID (refer this link for assistance) while the issue occurs/the error message is being displayed (very important) and reply with the report ID number, we will check it internally.
