Creating Win10 VM from Bootable USB that has Bitlocker Partition

Hi,
I'm trying to take my bootable USB that has 2 partitions on it (one for the boot sequence and the other that has a Bitlocker encrypted drive where Win10 is). Is there a way to create a VM using Parallels so that I can run this encrypted version in Parallels?
