Crippled tools installation on Upgrading to v12, KB not functioning properly & No MAC drives

On upgrading to v12 on my MacBook Pro It seems like Parallels Tools did not install properly. Windows 10 fires up Ok but the key board within the Win 10 desktop is crippled. Windows start keys works but nothing else. Windows 10 drive is also not visible in Mac Finder. What can be the problem? I tried to reinstall Tools but it did not work. I have wasted a lot of time trying to figure out. I urgently need this to work. Please help.

Thank you.

Hi @Manzoor, thanks for reaching out! Is Parallels Tools installation hangs at 15% to 27%? If so, please check out this article to fix it.

Hi Paul,
Thank you for your prompt reply. However, that did not work for me as other than Windows 10 start menu key nothing else works. Also Windows 10 drive 'C:\" does not show up in MAC Finder. I can do every thing at the MAC end but nothing on Windows 10 emulator desktop.
I am really stuck, please help I don't want to loose my data on Windows 'C:/" drive and I need it to work urgently.
Thank you for all your help.
Regards,

We would like to know if you are unable to use keyboard only in Windows start menu or all applications. Make sure Parallels Tools is installed in Control Panel > Programs and Features, if it is then try reinstalling Parallels Tools.

In all applications within Windows. The KB simply dose not work in Windows so I cant even get to the control panel to check to see if Parallel Tools is installed.
Thank you.
