Ctl-alt-delete

I've Googled Ctl-alt-delete and Parallels, and have found discussions about how to do it with a particular laptop keyboard. My wife has an iMac with the pre-aluminum keyboard, I have an iMac with an aluminum keyboard. She plays games that sometimes get stuck, and usually turns off her computer when that happens.

For our two keyboards, how do we ctl-alt-delete to kill a Windows program?

Virtual machine - send keys CTRL+ALT+DELETE is the best universal way

My wife runs full-screen games. If she cannot get out of that full-screen, how does she get to the virtual screen menu?
