Ctrl-Left and Ctrl-Right not working anymore

Hi,
Config: macOS Sierra, PD 11, Windows 10; all with latest updates installed.
My newest problem: In Microsoft Word or any text editor I can't use Ctrl-Right or Ctrl-Left to move the cursor by word (it just does nothing, but when I have more virtual desks in macOS then it would move to the next desk with Ctrl-Right). Very strange. It seems somehow that macOS intercepts and I don't have standard Windows keyboard behavior. Any ideas?

Please try the below steps and keep us posted
1.Right-click on the Parallels Desktop icon in the Dock > Preferences.
2. Open Shortcuts tab > System Shortcuts tab.
3. Send system shortcuts > Always

Additionally, you may also try these steps
1. Make sure the virtual machine is in shut down state.
2. Open virtual machine configuration.
3. Switch to Hardware tab > Mouse & Keyboard > set keyboard to Optimize for games & vice versa
 
I have system shortcuts-->send system shortcuts-->Always to enable F11 to work inside the Windows 10 VM. Can I make exceptions for Ctrl-left so that I can get back to MacOS easily?
