Ctrl+return/enter not working after upgrading to MacOS 14.4

I'm using Ubuntu Linux 22.04.4 LTS with Parallels Desktop 18.3.2 for Mac
After upgrading MacOS to 14.4 it's not possible to use Ctrl+Return/Enter keyboard shortcut.
The shortcut works properly in MacOS but not in Ubuntu/Linux
Other key combinations like Shift+return, Alt, Command etc. work as supposed.
The shortcut doesn't work in e.g. Gmail and keycode checking tools like this:

Any ideas how to fix this?

I have the same issue whit Ctrl+Enter combination on Win 11 with Parallels 19.3.0 and McOS 14.4 on Macbook Pro intel.
The key combination works only with Numpad Return key.

This also happening to me. And mapping the Numpad Enter Key to the Enter key does not help either. This is very annoying as I use this to send messages in Slack and Outlook all day long!

A possible workaround - pressing ctrl+command+enter works as ctrl+enter in Gmail and other web apps

Unfortunately does not work in Slack or Outlook desktop

Another solution is to add a shortcut ^Enter -> Ctrl+Enter in Parallels preferences.

This worked. Thank you. Was very annoying...lots of messages sitting in drafts today...
