cursor not working for microsoft windows

I have recently updated to parallels 11 and everything was working fine,

today I have tried to run windows but all of the microsoft windows (office, other programs under windows environment) are not woking with the mac cursor.

Did you try to reinstall Parallels Tools?

Also please let us know did you upgrade your Mac or Windows or may be install any 3-d party applications?
 
incompatibility of drivers could be the reason or moreover make sure that your device is healthy and working properly
