Custom key not working

Hi
I have added custom key ctrl+alt+L to use with a windows app, but this key does not work. sometimes these custom keys works when i reinstall parallel tools. but after sometime they breakdown. Please suggest a solution.

Hi, could you please share a screenshot of your Parallels Desktop shortcuts settings?

Hi, sorry my bad, please open Parallels Desktop preferences -> shortcuts tab-> choose your VM profile and make a screenshot of the shortcut's box (with your nonworking shortcut). Thanks in advance.

Sometimes the shortcut works when i reintall parallel tools, but most of the time despite re-installing those tools does not help either.

Let us know the Parallels Desktop and macOS X version you are using.

Parallels Desktop 14 and macOS 10.15 doesn't fully compatible.
Could you test the same behavior with the Parallels Desktop 15 please?
You can test it during the 14 days trial period.
