Custom msi Won't Launch

I used ORCA to modify the msi for version 6, but it won't launch. No errors when saving from ORCA. The original msi launches, but modified one doesn't do anything at all when I double click.

Any ideas?
 
Nevermind, I simple saved the file but left ORCA open. As soon as I closed ORCA, it worked. That's strange.
