Cut and paste

I am having difficulty with cut and paste. I'm cutting from a Word file and pasting into Microsoft Publisher. The first couple of times it works (although the formatting is off), but then it keeps pasting the same thing over and over. I've tried deleting and reinstalling tools. Any other suggestions?

Please install Parallels Tools manually as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/112609 and follow the steps outlined at http://kb.parallels.com/117984 to troubleshoot the issue, let us know if the issue still persisting.
