D-CAN Driver not installed.

Hello, I am using Parallels Desktop version 19.0.0 I am trying to use inpa and ncs expert which are bmw tools. I have installed them and they work athough I have a K+DCAN cable and when I plug it in it recognises it and asks if I want it on mac or the virtual machine I put virtual machine and then I have the issue in device manager it says "D-CAN" and it says error 28 which I know is there being no driver. I have tried everything installing the driver via the exe and manually installing the ftdi drivers and several versions to no avail. I am really disappointed after getting this software that I cant even use it for its purpose.
