I've been using Parallels Desktop on my MacBook for the past 4 or 5 months when suddenly a week ago all my file date and time stamps are wrong - they all read times and dates of "01/01/1980 00:00".
Stranger still is what I see for timestamps on the same files in my Finder window on the Mac side. They read "10/23/40 7:26PM".
But wait - there's more. When I look at the files on the Mac side through a 3rd party file management application (Xfolders), the stamp reads "12/31/1980 5:00PM".
What all these files have in common is they've all been edited and/or created in Windows XP through Parallels Desktop.
Anyone know how to remedy this? It's wreaking havoc on my backup systems.
Thanks!
