I am trying to understand why networking is not working for my boss but it is for me.
I thought the beta would maybe help with some networking issues.
(his networking works, but sporadically, and now after this beta not at all)
In attempting to debug the issue I asked him what version he was running..
He claimed it was a beta 1862, (August 7, 2006) (over the phone he told me this)
But on mine it was a beta 1862, (August 8, 2006)
so I thought he downloaded an older version, but he downloaded after me...
then I thought he must not be able to read....
and then checked what happens when I set my time zone to his.. (I am 9 hours ahead)...
and my date in the about changed...
I think you have to do something about this, as it will just confuse people, and your support people as well..
