Deactivate from one Mac to install on another not working

I've deactivate Parallels on one Mac, so I can use it on another, but on trying to activate it on another and selecting 'Activate on this Mac' I get error saying unable to confirm product license and under that that I've reached max number of activations for my key, please buy a new license. I don't want a new license I have one. Help?

Hi SimonP7. We have reset your Parallels Desktop for Mac license key. Please try to activate now and it should work.
