Deactivate license to use it on new computer

I have uninstalled Toolbox on my old Macbook and installed it on my new Macbook. It still shows my license is active so I can't use the tools on the new machine. Do I need a new key, or the activation count reset?

I cannnot remember what Mac was activated my license.
I have one Parallels 14 license. And now I cannnot activate that license because other Mac is still activated.
Could you deactivate a my license?
