Deleting 1 of 2 computers from parallels access

Recently installed parallels access on 2 computers . I'd purchased a subscription for 1 computer and have no intention of buying a subscription for the other. Now that the trial period for the 2nd compute has ended... how do i delete the offline computer that's shown on the iPad app after logging in? fyi.. I've deleted parallel access for the offline computer.
