Deleting snapshot

I'm on version 14.1.3 (45485) of Parallels Desktop for Mac, running a Windows 10 and 8 VM. The problem is that it takes what seems more than 48 hours to delete an old snapshot.

I don't no. After Win 10 upgrade on last version I delete snapshot only on Win 10. Day three and deleting snapshot steel runing (emoji: sad)

After deleting a snapshot of VM (that lasted three days!) I was opening VM and it lasted 12 Hours and it's still counting! In the top left corner there's a message saying "Data synchronization..."

To proceed further, we need to stop the virtual machine which may lead to virtual machine corruption. So kindly confirm if you have any backup for the virtual machine so that we can proceed further.

Yes, I have a backup, ... The problem is solved. The Hard Disk is dead. I replaced HD and reinstalled macOS, Parallels, VM...
