Deleting Snapshots

All - I have 2 VM's and never use snapshots.
I had to make a few snapshots while having a problem with a Windows 7 update.
I want to delete them. Can I delete from the Parallels software before starting up the W7 virtual machine?
Or do I get W7 running then do it from the Toolbar?
 
So here are the screenshots. So do it from Parallels while 7 is not running?

AFAIK, you can only delete them when they're not running (or shouldn't if they are). Keeping in mind of course that you'll lose the ability to boot from those points in time, but like you said, you're not using that.
