I have just loaded Parallels Desktop on to my iMac. All fine until I try to connect a 'Dell AOI 962 Printer. The virtual machine windows XP is not finding the printer automatically. I have ensured that autoconnect to USD is on & when I click on the usb icon the printer is listed but when
clicked on the following appears, " USB device you are trying to connect to
the virtual machine is being used by another process. If clicked on again
the computer clashed completely.
I asked Avanquest about this problem & they say it's because the Parallels software is not able to support "USB2" printers. They weren't certain about this as the Parallels technician was not on site!!!
My question is: has anyone else had this problem & if so can it be resolved.
